Muay Thai requires a level of physical conditioning unmatched in sport martial arts. Develop power and speed with your punches, kicks, knees and elbows in our high intensity Thai training.
Building off our Kickboxing Blend as a foundation, you’ll begin mixing in more combative martial art styles such as Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do, Kali, Silat, Judo/Jiu Jitsu, and Savate.
Kali and Filipino Martial Arts training normally begins with basic weapon training. The movements learned can be used empty hand or with Improvised weapons for real world combative situations. As with JKD, the idea is to learn to “go with the flow”.
A mixing of martial arts styles is inherent in Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do philosophy. JKD stresses familiarity with each of the “Four ranges of combat” (kicking, punching, trapping and grappling) and learning to flow between them. This in particular, is thought to be instrumental in becoming a “total” martial artist.
Savate is a French style of kickboxing and self defense popular in Europe and around the world. Savate teaches us balance and control as we develop smooth footwork and fluid punching and kicking combinations.
Our age specific kids program helps children to build focus, discipline, respect and teamwork as they learn to defend themselves.
We progressively raise the bar for kids as they mature physically, mentally and emotionally beginning with basic kicking, punching and self defense techniques.
Toddlers 2 & 3 years old practice focus and awareness in class with parents as they learn physical skills to ready themselves for our Lil Ninjas (4-6 year olds) martial arts training.
